How to Raise a Complaint

A tree removal provider cutting a large backyard tree in sections near a house in Fullerton

Last updated: October 2026

Tedadd Tree Service wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Tedadd Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Tedadd Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@tedadd.homes and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer doesn't satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
